Once you place an order, it will be confirmed via e-mail. Our typical shipping time is 48 hours on in-stock merchandise. Most of our products are not made until an order is placed. Normal lead time for custom orders is 2 -4 weeks during non-holiday. FOB: Tuscumbia, Alabama. We will do every thing we can to speed the manufacturing process along, you will be notified via e-mail of stock and shipping status. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept COD, pay pal, credit card (Visa, MC, Amex) and company check. You can apply for a net 30 account by emailing us at[email protected]
Can I make changes to my order?
Orders are processed once they are received. To make a change, please call customer service at 256-383-7183 as soon as possible. Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
Will you create a custom invitation or product?
Yes, we do custom work all the time! You can call or e-mail us with all the specifics for your project, and we will have a designer get back to you with a design and manufacturing price for your custom order.
How do I set up a wholesale account?
Please contact us to set up a wholesale account. We will need a copy of your resale certificates (resale tax identification certificate) and contact information. Please e-mail us at [email protected] to set up your wholesale account.
Shipping & Delivery
All orders ship from our warehouse in Tuscumbia, Alabama. Orders will be shipped via UPS Monday – Wednesday. Due to the nature of our products, we try to limit the time they spend in transit through warmer climates. This could delay shipping. Twine & Co. reserves the right to delay shipping without notice.
What are your shipping options?
We ship via UPS, USPS, and Fedex to the 48 United States. UPS ground shipping takes 1-7 business days to arrive once it leaves our warehouse in Tuscumbia, Alabama. Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select (where available) will arrive on the next business day, 2nd business day, and 3rd business day, respectively, FROM THE DATE SHIPPED. Twine will ship only to residential or business addresses, no P.O. Boxes.
Do you offer rush delivery?
For an additional charge, we offer UPS Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select (where available). The package will arrive on the next business day, 2nd business day and 3rd business day, respectively, from the date shipped, NOT from when the order is placed. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number and you can use to track your order at www.ups.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Twine currently ships in the United States and US Territories only.

Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We will replace broken items when possible or offer a replacement on items damaged during shipping. Returns, refunds or replacement products for reasons other than damage incurred during shipping cannot be accepted. Please inspect your order carefully. All of our products are thoroughly inspected before they are shipped to ensure you receive the highest quality product. In the event of damage during shipping, please contact our customer service department within 3 days of receiving your purchase. A photo of the damaged item may be required. Damaged items will be replaced with an identical product only. We do not accept ‘damaged’ returns on SALE items.
Items received as a gift (paid for by someone other than you) can be exchanged or returned for store credit, ONLY IF IN RESALE ABLE CONDITION AND WITHIN 30 DAYS OF WHEN THE ORIGINAL ORDER WAS PLACED.
